Lyte Investment PLC is seeking qualified candidates for two positions: Senior Accountant and Mechanic. The Senior Accountant position requires a Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field, with a minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in accounting and finance. The Mechanic position requires a TVET or 10+2, 10+3(Level III), Diploma or Advance Diploma in General mechanic, or a related field of study, with a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment.
Requirements
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance with at least 2 year experience
BSc in Pediatric Nursing with at least 1 year experience
BA Degree in Accounting & Finance with at least 4 year experience
Expert knowledge of IFRS and Ethiopian tax regulations
Proven ability to manage full-cycle accounting and financial reporting
High proficiency in accounting software and advanced MS Excel skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Minimum of 3 years of relevant experience in a manufacturing environment
Familiarity with powder product operation systems, and equipment maintenance
Attention to detail to ensure consistent, high-quality finishes
Knowledge of surface preparation, and safety protocols
