SIKET Bank S.C invites interested and qualified applicants for the following different positions. Siket Bank (formerly Addis Credit and Finance S.C) was held at Addis Ababa Skylight Hotel. Siket Bank is preparing to launch banking services after obtaining a license from the National Bank of Ethiopia. The bank will continue to offer its current microfinance services until full banking operations are launched. Additionally, the bank will continue to provide microfinance service when full banking services are launched. Position 1: Trainee Banker Trainee Banker trains on the job training in every part of the operation on rotation basis in branch. He/she has the responsibility to know the operational policies and procedures of the bank during the training period. Educational Requirements : A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Marketing Management, Business Administration, Economics, Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance or related field of discipline. : No work experience is required. Demonstrated integrity Banking Operation Knowledge Customer Satisfaction Teamwork & Collaboration : Permanent after probationary date. : As per the bank’s scale. : Addis Ababa and Sheger City Branches Position 2: Customer Service Officer The job holder is responsible to enhancing customer satisfaction by serving them with due care and maximum efficiency and promoting the Branch’s resource mobilization effort by cross selling the Bank’s products. : A minimum of BA Degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Accounting and Finance, Banking & Finance, Management, Business Administration, Marketing Management or related field of discipline. : A minimum of 3 years of Banking work experience as Junior Customer Service Officer or more in relevant position is Mandatory. Position 3: Senior Customer Support Officer The job holder is responsible to respond to a variety of customer requests and inquiries via the telephone or in person over the counter. : A minimum of BA degree holder from a recognized higher learning institution in Management, Business Administration, Economics, Marketing Management or related field of discipline. : A minimum of 4 years of Banking work experience as Customer Support Officer or more in relevant position is Mandatory. Position 4: Receptionist The job holder is responsible to serve as the first point of contact for customers entering the bank. This position requires an organized and customer-focused individual who will provide a welcoming environment, direct visitors, answer inquiries, and ensure a smooth flow of operations at the bank’s entrance. : A minimum of BA Degree IN Human Resource Management/ Business Administration / Management /Public Administration/ Hotel and Tourism Management or related field of study : a minimum of 2 years of related work experience, previously in a customer service or receptionist role preferably in a financial institution.
