Proven 14 years of experience in a leadership role within the non-profit sector or relevant sector preferably in a similar organization focused on social welfare.
Experience in fundraising and volunteers, members management.
Strong understanding of the challenges faced by destitute and abandoned individuals and a commitment to addressing their needs.
Excellent strategic thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
