Requirements
- Strong leadership and organizational management skills
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Financial and operational management competence & computer skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written and spoken proficiency in English, Amharic and Afan Oromo
- Minimum 10 years of relevant professional experience, with at least 5 years in senior management or executive leadership roles
- BA/MA Degree in Accounting and related fields
- 6/4 in BA/MA years of relevant work experiences in Senior accountant specially in business Companies
- Fluency in Afaan Oromoo, Amharic and English
- MA or BA in Economics, Marketing, Business Administration, Business Management and related
- Minimum 4–6 years of relevant work experience in sales and marketing
- Experience in a senior or supervisory sales role is an advantage
- Above grade 8 complete and certified by Loader Construction Machinery or Minimum Vocational training in Forklift Operation
- 3 years work experiences in operating forklift machines
- Grade 8,10,12, and above
- Minimum of 3 years work experiences for 8th grade, 2 years for 10th and 1 year for 12th
