Mon Real Estate is seeking qualified candidates for various positions. The company is looking for a Graphics Designer, Content Creator / Copywriter, and Social Media Manager.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, Fine Arts, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Relevant certifications in Adobe Creative Suite, UI/UX, or motion graphics are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of professional design experience.
- Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign (Figma is a plus).
- Strong portfolio demonstrating typography, layout, and composition skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Journalism, Communications, Marketing, Literature, English, Public Relations, or a related field.
- Certifications in content marketing, copywriting, or SEO are a plus.
- Minimum 2 years of professional writing or content creation experience.
- Strong writing skills in both Amharic and English.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Media Studies, or a related field.
- Certifications in Meta Blueprint, Google Ads, HubSpot, or digital marketing are a strong plus.
- Minimum 2 years of experience managing brand or business social media accounts.
Responsibilities
- Managing multiple projects and meeting tight deadlines.
- Creating content for various formats — informative, persuasive, and aspirational.
- Shifting tone across formats.
- Being comfortable on or behind the camera for video content.
- Familiarity with SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Business Suite and analytics tools
- Strong understanding of Ethiopian and diaspora audiences.
