Digaf Microcredit Providers, a tech-based microfinance institute, has signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with the Ethiopian Ministry of Labor and Skills (MoLS). The partnership will allow the two signatories to facilitate access to affordable digital loan products for low- and medium-income individuals.
Requirements
BA Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or related field
0–1 year of relevant experience in credit control or finance
Strong analytical and communication skills
Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Responsibilities
Providing technical assistance and support for computer systems, networks, and hardware maintenance
Troubleshooting issues, maintaining IT infrastructure, and ensuring efficient operation of technology resources to support organizational goals
Facilitating digital finance transformation within Digaf & Micro-Credit Provider SC
Implementing innovative banking solutions and improving customer engagement in digital finance services
Safeguarding the organization’s digital assets and ensuring compliance with security policies
Identifying and mitigating security risks, developing security protocols, and promoting a culture of security awareness across the organization
Designing, implementing, and managing cloud infrastructure solutions
