Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
  • A minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 6 years in a related role.
  • Proven track record of leading and managing senior teams in complex, high-growth environments.
  • Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to set, communicate, and execute long-term goals.
  • Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and seize opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, clients, and business partners.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
  • Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts within a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
  • Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management principles and the ability to make sound business decisions based on financial data.
  • Strong commitment to corporate governance, ethical business practices, and operational excellence.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and adapting to change as necessary.
  • Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements and business best practices.
  • Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS and ERP
  • Able to Properly Use Peachtree (Record, Post, close …Accounts)
  • Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
  • Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Proven experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
  • BA degree in Nutrition, Development Studies, Economics, or related field
  • BSC Degree in Public Health, Health Science, or related field
  • Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or Project Management
  • BSC in Nursing, Nutrition, or Public Health
Responsibilities
  • Overseeing the entire lifecycle of food assistance
  • Strengthening service delivery through supportive supervision and coordination of resources
  • Implementing MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) systems
  • Leading the care and treatment of children under five and pregnant/lactating women
