Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Professional certifications such as CPA, ACCA, or CMA is a plus.
A minimum of 10+ years of relevant professional experience, with at least 6 years in a related role.
Proven track record of leading and managing senior teams in complex, high-growth environments.
Strategic Thinking: Demonstrated ability to set, communicate, and execute long-term goals.
Problem Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address challenges and seize opportunities.
Stakeholder Management: Experience in managing complex relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including regulators, clients, and business partners.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex ideas to a wide range of audiences.
Ability to effectively manage and resolve conflicts within a diverse and fast-paced work environment.
Financial Acumen: Solid understanding of financial management principles and the ability to make sound business decisions based on financial data.
Strong commitment to corporate governance, ethical business practices, and operational excellence.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, making quick decisions and adapting to change as necessary.
Knowledge of local and international regulatory requirements and business best practices.
Accounting Principles (GAAP), IFRS and ERP
Able to Properly Use Peachtree (Record, Post, close …Accounts)
Highly proficient in Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks and work under pressure.
Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
Proven experience using accounting software such as Peachtree, QuickBooks, or other ERP systems
BA degree in Nutrition, Development Studies, Economics, or related field
BSC Degree in Public Health, Health Science, or related field
Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Development Studies, or Project Management

Responsibilities
Overseeing the entire lifecycle of food assistance
Strengthening service delivery through supportive supervision and coordination of resources
Implementing MEAL (Monitoring, Evaluation, Accountability, and Learning) systems
Leading the care and treatment of children under five and pregnant/lactating women
